Useful dimensions of the cooking surface 595x470 mm, 28 dm2.   Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with adjustable levellers. Highly heat-conductive cast-iron hob with welded rim to ensure a perfect seal. A drip tray is located on the front of the appliance. Electric heating via stainless steel heating elements located underneath the hob itself. Thermostat temperature control from 120°C to 320°C. The appliance is built in compliance with all current EC regulations.
