Cooking surface 370x610 mm (22,57 dm2). Open cupboard, (GN 1/1) (360x740xh360 mm) Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable feet in stainless steel. Frying top highly conductive top, with welded edges to prevent leaks. Drip tray on the front of the machine. Electric heater by stainless/steel element, placed under the plate itself. Thermostatic temperature control 50°C to 300°C.
