Useful dimensions of the cooking surface 395x520 mm, 20,5 dm2.   Made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Highly heat-conductive cast-iron hob, with a welded rim to ensure a perfect seal. A drip tray is located on the front of the appliance. Gas-fired, with stabilised flame stainless steel burners. The burner flame is regulated by a gas valve. The appliance is built in compliance with all the current CE regulations.
