Time production from 150 to 350 kg. Discs 400 rpm.   Made 100% in stainless steel, non-stick and treated against ‘food acids’, removable top cover, easy maintenance. Optimum product evacuation thanks to its inclined design, supplied with 2 expeller discs, 1 ‘top’ and 1 ‘bottom’. Very powerful motor (0.55 kW), ventilated, with thermal protection. Continuous power supply, easy operation, high safety guaranteed by micro-switches on the lever and top cover. Low-voltage 24V controls, IP54 protection, NVR (No-Voltage Release) to prevent accidental start-up. The equipment is manufactured following the (CE) and (RoHs) standards in force.
