Useful dimensions of the cooking surface 395x520 mm, 20,5 dm2.   Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304. Highly heat-conductive cast-iron hob, with a welded rim to ensure a perfect seal. A drip tray is located on the front of the appliance. Electric heating via stainless steel heating elements, located under the plate itself. Temperature regulated by thermostat from 120°C to 320°C. The appliance is built in compliance with all current CE regulations.
