Flat electric cooking plate -Top- chrome

Useful dimensions of the cooking surface 695x520 mm, 36,1 dm2. Version with "50 µm" hard chromium plate (certified food-grade in compliance with European regulation CE n.1935/2004).   Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304. Highly heat-conductive cast-iron hob, with a welded rim to ensure a perfect seal. A drip tray is located on the front of the appliance. Electric heating via stainless steel heating elements, placed under the plate itself. Temperature regulated by thermostat from 120°C to 320°C. The appliance is built in compliance with all current CE regulations.
