Flexibility: up to 12 pre-cooked sausages (2 per level), 58 hot dogs per hour.   Construction: stainless steel frame. Uniform cooking, grease-free. Electrical heating: heating by 125W armoured resistances incorporated in the chrome rollers (heating width 440mm), energy regulator from 0 to 300°C. Inclined display (better visibility). High performance motor: special "asynchronous" motor with speed reducer. Maintenance: bottom drip tray to collect cooking juices.
