Cooking surface: 600x400 mm. Plate (thickness 10 mm), in food-grade enamel (NF 12983-1), with high thermal conduction, perfectly even cooking with no heat loss around the edges thanks to the ‘incoloy’ resistors, rapid temperature rise, up to 300°C. Easy to clean, thanks to a front-mounted drip tray and a 100% smooth surface. Stainless steel construction and reinforced insulation. Electric version: ‘incoloy’ treated element(s), on/off switch(es), 0-300°C thermostat(s) and indicator light(s). Adjustable cylinder(s). Appliances built in compliance with current (CE) standards.
