Cooking surface 380x720 mm (27,36 dm2). Open cabinet (GN 1/1) (360x740xh360 mm).   Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, adjustable stainless steel feet. Top (20/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, watertight ‘IPX5’. Rear chimney in AISI 304 stainless steel. Cast iron cooking plate (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity fully welded to the top, inclined at the front. Anti-splash rim on 3 welded sides in stainless steel (3mm). Front collection tray for recuperation of the roasting liquids. Gas heating with stainless steel burners with stabilised flame. Burners flame regulation by a gas valve, pilot ignition and safety by thermocouple, piezo-electric ignition, frontal accessibility allowing easy maintenance.
