Chamber with refractory stone floor and thick rock wool insulation. Adjustable ‘Oura’ for smoke extraction. Recessed ‘high T°' 500°C interior lighting to prevent shocks. Door with ‘spring’ hinges, double athermic handle, large safety glass window, ceramic fibreglass gasket. Heating by armoured stainless steel electric elements. Temperature control (400°C). Appliances are built to comply with current CE standards.
