'Cold' rolling, round shaped pizza dough (inclined rollers). Teflon rollers (food-grade), adjustable thickness, plexiglas top roller protection, stainless steel bottom roller protection. Low-voltage 24V controls with touch-sensitive buttons. The equipment is manufactured following the (CE) standards in force. Optional: electric pedal control.
