Designed for built-in 385x585 mm Control box supplied separately.   Highly heat-conductive cast-iron griddle with welded rim to ensure a perfect seal. Drawer for collecting cooking juices (100x500xh 57 mm = 2.8 L) positioned underneath the appliance. Heated by stainless steel heating elements located underneath the plate itself. Thermostat control from 120°C to 320°C, with indicator light. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
