Usable dimensions of the cooking surface 1194x610 mm, 72.83 dm2. With a 20 mm hard chrome nitro plate, 4 independent cooking zones, regulation through a thermostatic valve from 130°C to 300°C.   Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, pressed "top" (20/10 mm), adjustable leveling feet, waterproof IPX5 sealing. Inclined cooking plate with high thermal conductivity (food-safe according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), welded peripheral edge ensuring a perfect seal. Drip tray for cooking juices. Gas heating with burners (4 ramps per 1/2 module) in stainless steel with stabilized flame. Appliances built in compliance with applicable CE standards.
