Cooking plate made in cast iron with a high thermal conductibility of 10 mm. Regulation independent of each half, 50°C with 300°C. Heating gas, by burners with stabilized flame (4 kW). Useful dimensions 230x480 mm, 15,5 dm2. Delivered with a scraper. Made of stainless steel.
