Realisation: panoramic window and 2 plexiglas sides door. Stainless steel frame, adjustable feet. Flexibility: a built-in humidification system keeps the food at a constant temperature (90°C) without drying out. Heating: by armoured ‘incoloy’ treated stainless steel heating elements, thermostatically controlled from 0 to 110°C. Display: GN 1/1 tray, height 25 mm. Illuminated advertising unit, supplied with menu leaflet.
