Deep-drawn tank in AISI 316 stainless steel with rounded corners and double perforated bottom for draining food. GN capacity 1/1 h150 mm. Electric heating, vault with ceramic resistance placed above the appliance. ON/OFF switch with indicator light. Appliances built in compliance with current standards (CE).
