Electric griddle plate, double, stainless steel surface

Cooking surface: 580x380 mm (2 independent zones).  Stainless steel plate (thickness 4 mm) + aluminium counter plate (thickness 2 mm) to distribute the heat evenly over the entire cooking surface. Perfectly even cooking with no heat loss around the edges thanks to the ‘incoloy’ resistors, rapid temperature rise, up to 300°C. Easy to clean, thanks to a front-mounted drip tray and a 100% smooth surface. Stainless steel construction and reinforced insulation. Electric version: ‘incoloy’ treated element(s), on/off switch(es), 0-300°C thermostat(s) and indicator light(s). Adjustable cylinder(s). Appliances built in compliance with current (CE) standards.
