Processing from 80 to 210g and adjustable from 140 to 310 mm diameter.   Highly flexible, high-performance rolling mills. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with white sheet metal rear housing. 'Cold' rolling, round shaped pizza dough (inclined rollers). Teflon rollers (food-grade), adjustable thickness, plexiglas top roller protection, stainless steel bottom roller protection. Low-voltage 24V controls with touch-sensitive buttons. The equipment is manufactured following the (CE) standards in force. Optional: electric pedal control.
