'Cold' rolling, pizza dough on tray (one roller only). Teflon rollers (food-grade), adjustable thickness, stainless steel roller protection. Low-voltage 24V controls with touch-sensitive buttons. The equipment is manufactured following the (CE) standards in force. No electric pedal control connection.
