Stainless steel top, 5mm thick. Cast iron burners with stainless steel caps, Ø 180mm (13kW), easy to dismantle without tools, easy maintenance. Regulated by gas valves, with pilot light and safety thermocouple. Each burner has a plate for collecting cooking residues. Removable stainless steel wok ring. Cooling and cleaning system with water curtain, drip tray and overflow drain. Made of stainless steel (2mm). Frame on ‘round’ feet, with a lower shelf, all stainless steel. Adjustable stainless steel feet. Cold water tap on rear splashback (central, 1 on each side). Appliances comply with current CE standards.
